• ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS

Online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures, or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. If we cancel an order, we will not charge the customer's credit card, or we will refund the money.

• SECURE TRANSMISSION

All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). A Transport Layer Security (TLS) Certificate (or SSL Certificate) creates an encrypted connection between a Web site and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the Web site and the browser remains private and secure.

• RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 business days of purchase.

Sales on the following items are final:

1. Special orders.
2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
3. NFA items.
4. Illumination devices, electronic sights and optics.

• USED FIREARMS

Used firearms may not be returned. All sales are final. Description and photos (if available) are provided by the seller.

• PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE

It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.

• GENERAL FIREARM SALES

All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

• ORDER FULFILLMENT

All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.

• FIREARMS SHIPPING

The customer is responsible for knowing his/her state laws regarding firearm transfers. Contact your local FFL dealer with any questions regarding the sale or transfer of firearms. Contact your local FFL before ordering a firearm to verify their transfer fee and to ensure they will receive your transfer. The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned firearms due to FFL refusal or failure to receive.

If you order a handgun, stockless shotgun, complete AR or AK receiver, or stripped lower receiver, YOU MUST be:

• A legal resident of the state in which you are ordering.
• 21 years of age or older to complete the transfer through your FFL.

Exceptions: Military personnel stationed in a state other than their legal residence may purchase firearms across state lines. Contact your local FFL receiving the transfer as you may have to provide proof of deployment, residence, etc.

Please follow all directions prompted to you at checkout. This will ensure speedier delivery. Please note that the FFL selection on our website is for customer convenience only and does not necessarily mean that Hogtown Firearms LLC has the FFL selected on file. The customer may be asked to provide the FFL information that they wish to use. If a customer wishes to change the FFL they want to use after the order has shipped, they will be additionally charged for the cost of shipping. If an FFL is not available at the time of delivery, the package will not be held at the carrier hub and will be returned to Hogtown Firearms LLC. Additional shipping charges will apply to orders that need to be reshipped.

Shipping Restrictions

• Hogtown Firearms LLC will not ship ANY items to the District of Columbia (Washington D.C.).
• Hogtown Firearms LLC will not ship ANY items to the state of Massachusetts.
• Hogtown Firearms LLC will not ship ANY items to Puerto Rico.
• Hogtown Firearms LLC will not ship ANY AR or AK Parts or Firearms (Including Receivers) to residents of Connecticut or Illinois.
• Hogtown Firearms LLC will not ship any AR or AK parts to Colorado.
• Illinois:All hand guns handgun having a barrel, slide, frame or receiver which is a die casting of zinc alloy or other non-homogeneous metal that melts or deforms at a temperature of less than 800 degrees Fahrenheit are prohibited.
• Minnesota:All hand guns handgun having a barrel, slide, frame or receiver which is a die casting of zinc alloy or other non-homogeneous metal that melts or deforms at a temperature of less than 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit, of any material having an ultimate tensile strength of less than 55,000 pounds per square inch, and of any powdered metal having a density of less than 7.5 grams per cubic centimeter are prohibited.
• Hogtown Firearms LLC will not ship ANY AR or AK Firearms (Including Receivers) to residents of Aurora, Highland Park, Deerfield, or Cook County, Illinois.
• Hogtown Firearms LLC will not ship any handguns to CA that are not on the DOJ roster. This includes Single Shot Exemption conversions.
• No AR parts will be shipped to Connecticut. All such orders will be cancelled and the customer will be charged a 5% fee.
• Hawaii: All handguns having a frame or receiver of which is a die casting of zinc alloy which has a melting temperature of less than 800 degrees Fahrenheit are prohibited.

Stripped lower receivers will NOT be shipped to the following states:

• California
• Colorado
• Connecticut
• Illinois
• Maryland
• Massachusetts
• New York
• New Jersey

Complete AR and AK receivers will NOT be shipped to the following states:

• California
• Colorado
• Connecticut
• Illinois
• Maryland
• New Jersey
• New York

Non-Compliant AR & AK models will NOT be shipped to the following states:

• California (No “assault weapons” can be shipped.)
• Colorado
• Connecticut
• Illinois
• Maryland
• New Jersey
• New York

Please note that Hogtown Firearms LLC DOES NOT ship high-capacity magazines with firearms to the states listed above. We WILL NOT replace high capacity magazines with state compliant magazines. We DO NOT offer refunds in place of the magazines.

• AMMUNITION PURCHASES
• All Ammunition is shipped UPS Ground only with adult signature required.
• You agree that to the best of your knowledge, you are in compliance with all rules and regulations listed below.
• You are at least 21 years of age (for handgun ammunition) or 18 years of age (for rifle ammunition).
• By purchasing ammunition, you are not violating any local, state or federal laws.
• You have not been convicted of any felony, a misdemeanor of domestic abuse and you are not chemically dependent.
• You have no legal restraint that would prohibit you from possessing, ordering, owning, or transferring ammunition.
• You have never been committed to any mental institution or been adjudicated as mentally defective.
• You will not sell ammunition to any minor.
• You cannot have ammunition shipped to a post office box.
• You do not live in a state, city or county that prohibits you from owning, purchasing, or transferring ammunition.
• Customers who order ammunition in states prohibiting the order of ammunition will have their orders cancelled and a 5% restocking fee will be charged.
